  • If you are a Landlord we will store the addresses of the properties you own
  • Contact Numbers and Emails
  • Agent Details (if required)

This information is only collected and stored if we are requested to carry out works or provide a quote, this information may have been provided to us via your landlord or property management. 

How will we use this information?

We use this information to generate work orders, estimates, invoices, receipts and for our own record of accounts. We will also use this information to contact you or your tenant to arrange access to the property. 

How this information is stored?

This is stored on a secure independent computer system.

Is this information shared?

The only organisations this information is shared with are;

  • Property Owner or Agent.
  • Your Insurance Company / our own insurance company.

Access to your information and correction

You have the right to request a copy of the information that we hold about you. This can be done via email to [email protected] and we will provide this information free of charge within 30 days. 

You have the right to withdraw consent on the information we hold that is not a legal requirement at anytime, this must be done via email to [email protected]

We want to make sure that your information is accurate and up to date. You may ask us to correct or remove information you think is inaccurate.

We do not share or sell your information to others.
